Trademark and Brand Usage Disclaimer

The name IT Dehradun (also written as Dehradun IT) is an original business identity established and used by us since 2013. Although the trademark has not yet been formally registered, this does not imply any waiver or relinquishment of our rights to the name.

At present, no registered trademark exists under the names IT Dehradun or Dehradun IT. Accordingly, we retain the first and exclusive right to register and use these names under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized attempt to use, imitate, or register our brand name—or any confusingly similar variant—as a trademark or business identity will be considered an infringement and subject to legal action. We are not liable to release or transfer ownership of our domain names — itdehradun.com and dehradunit.com — to any third party under any circumstances.

The use of our brand name, including @itdehradun, on any digital platform (such as YouTube, social media, or other websites) without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Furthermore, registration or use of similar top-level domains (e.g., itdehradun.co.in, itdehradun.in , itdehradun.co, dehradunit.com, dehradunit.in, dehradunit.co.in or any variant thereof) without authorization will be considered a violation of our brand rights. We reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in such cases.
